The British Council launched, under the DAWRIC programme an Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Women who are starting a new Business or expanding an existing one.
This program strongly encourages women with disabilities and was be delivered by ProAbled Academy to 21 women entrepreneurs selected from 21 towns located in the North, South, Bekaa, Beirut and Mount Lebanon including Marianne Hakim, FALA’s representative.
Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Global Compact Network Lebanon held a humanistic approach panel in the presence of MP Mr. Michel Moussa, Mr. GhassanMoukheiber, Ms. Roueida El Hage , and Mrs. Marianne Hakim.
Mrs. Marianne Hakim talked about the rights of people with disabilities and their poor integration in educational institutions, public places and workplace in Lebanon.
